Each of the lessons is self-contained. You can go through them in any order you choose, however I am presenting them to you in a typical order. Many of my students choose to go through two or three of the essay questions from any given seminar, leaving others to do later.
It makes sense to practice MBE questions from the same subject as you practice essays. To the extent you identify substantive problems, go back and study the law – and consider annotating an outline and/or making flash cards from your mistakes. Remember – the most common mistake is to study too much and not practice enough! The more carefully you practice and review essay questions, the more knowledgeable you’ll be about how the material is tested. Obviously this is a big key to success, far more important than being able to recite obscure legal boilerplate.
