It’s interesting to compare the various states. Many of the biggest states release bar exam essay questions and example answers to the public. Other states jealously keep their bar admissions documents shielded from public view.
One thing you’ll find if you study these resources is how much the various states have in common with one another. The trend appears to be in the direction of one bar exam for the whole country.
Remember, the most common mistake is to study too much and not practice enough!
